Not deserve. Soooo sleepy for waitingNo highlight, long waiting time for cuisine (more than 2.5hours). Soba is very normal, seafood not fresh enough.Fresh wasabi is the only thing deserve to appreciate. Never back here.
Lovely quiet & intimate restaurant. Book early to sit close to the water! The staff happily space your courses out & there’s no later sitting which allows you to enjoy your meal. We had the 9 course which was absolutely fabulous. Nice space between the courses which provided a relaxed night. We also had the matching drinks- wouldn’t recommend the matching drinks if you’re not a huge fan of sake (which I’m not). 9 course menu is very wide and offers some beautiful seafood & interesting flavours. Big price tag but worth it for a special occasion & a lovely evening. Disappointing having to pay an extra $27 each for the beef- beef was divine but very expensive for 50g each.
Definitely left feeling robbed after a $750 bill. Payed for the 9 coarse chef special and seriously was not even close to refine food. Very disappointed and would not recommend friends and family to try. Staff were awesome FYI but nothing authentic about this Australian dinning with Japanese menu.
