One of the worst & most deceptive customer service experiences I can remember. I bought the new customer 2 for 1 car wash deal and was told at the time that there would be not extra charges for the 2nd wash. I drove in today for the 2nd wash and was greeted by an agro man who looked upset with life in general. He demanded a number of extra payments for my 2nd wash contrary to what I’d been told, and when I explained that I’d previously been told that that wouldn’t be the case he quickly got extremely irate with me. I explained calmly that I am a new customer and was keen to proceed anyway and he continued being rude anyway. I ended up giving up my free wash and reversing out just to move on from the negativity which seems rampant there. A business to avoid at all costs in my humble opinion.
Don’t bother to come. Deceptive business. I asked right at the beginning for detailing to get the car ready for sale, not just car wash. They were so sure they could do it and charged $187. Supposed to be 45 mins (which would be efficient for detailing) but they gave my car back to me after only 20 mins. All they did was an unsatisfactory cash wash. Layer of dust still inside the car. Told them I wasn’t happy and that wasn’t a *detailing job*. Another guy offered to do it again. Yet it took only 5 mins before they returned the car to me. Of course the dust was still there. Including the drink and food I wasted $200 here. If they are not in the business of detailing why were they not up front about it. I could have gone somewhere else for what I needed even if I might have to pay more!!
Worst customer service ever. Franky the general manager is a tool and doesn’t take criticism about a bad job well and be warned to never use this mob. Enter at your own risk. The way they treat customers makes me believe it won’t be around too much longer.
These guys are money hungry scammers. The price and services on the price board is NEVER what you pay. ACCC anyone?Worst service. Manager is a bully. Go elsewhere.
Had to write up a review never do this usually but just had my car super washed and clay barred at hoppys Norman park gloss black vf ssv redline ute I had got overspray on it from somewhere and was mortified to find it had found every panel I knew clay barring should do the trick but as I used to detail cars when younger knew it was no easy job by far well my car is now in showroom condition literally thanks to these guys top notch not a sceric of contamination no swirls from polishing nothing but pristine workmanship the staff are awesome and prompt washing of all vehicles from what I observed you get what you pay for want a professional result hoppys Norman park good job to everyone there you guys are great !!

I recently got a free wash coupon from my Mitsubishi dealer after a service so I thought id use it. First the gentleman at driveway reception is a grub and in no way helpful. If you want your tyres shined and rims cleaned that’s an upsell of $10.00 which I thought bizarre as your wheels are dirty like the car. The basic wash is a rip off for $25.00 as you get better elsewhere which includes tyre shine. The super wash appeared to be good value but I would not pay what they were asking as yet again you get better value elsewhere. The staff are not approachable as they are overseas migrants who work there and you have to assume you car is done after they just park it on completion and walk away. the caf is a dirty place and the coffee just shocking there is far better value out there folks.
