I was a first time customer this morning, coming on a recommendation. I was initially very impressed with the way that the car wash operates. Clearly, there has been a lot of effort placed in ensuring that the cars pass through quickly, and a very organised operation. However, I feel that the rush to ensure I did not wait long, compromised the quality of my wash. I paid $86.50 which included a pet hair vacuum. When going to collect my car, I immediately noticed that the tyres weren’t washed as they were full of dust. On opening the car, a whole section behind the back seats weren’t vacuumed and there was still a considerable amount of pet hair everywhere. Furthermore, the windows were not cleaned properly nor was the dash wiped down efficiently. A young Spanish lady attended to this and vacuumed and cleaned the identified areas however on returning home, I could see several more areas around and inside the car which were neglected. I was very upset about this and if it wasn’t for the $5 Eddie, I probably wouldn’t return. I would expect that you would appreciate constructive feedback and my opinion is that I would rather wait longer if it meant that my car was thoroughly cleaned and not rushed.
