Ok this is awkward. Previously bagged the crap out of this place….however. New Ownership and it looks promising. Coffee was as good as ive had for a fair while (considering North Lakes). Heaps of body. Food pretty good as well. Some similarities as the previous ownership but presented and tasted much much better. AND THE EGGS WERE SOFT….NICE JOB. Not a 5 yet since id like to try the tapas one evening and we will….soon.. watch this space, this could be what North Lakes desperately needs. Im watching!!!
I’d been concerned in the past that this place was really inconsistent but this morning’s experience was very good. The new owner is great, good coffee, good food! My only reason for holding back on a 5 is that I am keen to see that they do maintain their standards!Worth checking out again if you’d given up on it previously.
I’ve been looking for a great breakfast place in North Lakes for so long, and I finally found it! The menu is really creative and interesting and took no time at all to arrive at our table. It was absolutely delicious and the coffee was really good too. I will definitely be returning!
Great coffee here, always busy but friendly service. Meals looked very nice and looks like the hip place to be in the sun. Recommended for well made take away coffees.
Very disappointed. Coffee is nice but the three times I’ve been here ( twice with family, once with a friend) the service was slow to non-existent, they forgot our order the first time I went, and mucked it up the next 2 times. Will never go back.
Always great coffee and great service! The roast pumpkin on toast is ridiculously good and it was one of the only places we could find that we’re trading on Easter Friday. Great work guys!
Had a fantastic brunch at the local trendy cafe this morning. Came in with – group of 7, but very limited seating so had to wait for a customer to finish so we could steal a group table. Turned out perfect anyways, cozy enough for conversations but big enough to eat food. Great atmosphere and music. The food was amazing and looked absolutely gorgeous. Ordered the Hash, delicious!! Loved the plates. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was nice and friendly. Perfect brunch. Reasonable price. Would recommend to friends. Love. No regrets. Thought I was in Melbourne for a moment because it’s sah hip. (and cute dogs!) tasteslikeregret.wordpress.com
