Chai and caramel frappe was delicious and well sized. Service was friendly and enjoyable. Always has a large crowd so they’re doing something right. One of few Townsville spots to have expanded further down the strand also.Staying strong in a competitive market.

Consistently poor customer service.. The last two times I have been here I have been underwhelmed by the service. This morning I ordered two coffees and two cakes, takeaway, for my partner and myself. First, they brought one coffee out in a mug not a takeaway cup. Then they walked straight past us and tried to give our cakes to someone else. Once they had put my coffee in a takeaway cup they then also tried to give it to someone else. Fortunately both times the other customers said the items weren’t for them and we were able to get the waitstaffs attention. The time previous to this mornings visit they got the order wrong. We suspect they did this this morning too as my partners cappucino had no foam and no chocolate thus rendering it a flat white. When we mentioned the mistakes they had made we were told that they had made a few this morning. For the price the charge it is not too much to expect the order is correct. A very nice location, which would explain its popularity, but I won’t be returning any time soon.
Can’t believe these people are still getting away with a ridiculous eftpos surcharge. Having knowledge of what it actually costs a business to have this facility makes it even harder to swallow. Lucky you have nice (maybe the only) dessert on the strand
