Great little cafe in Toombul shopping centre. Good menu at good prices. Coffee was superior standard. I could not resist a chocolate and vanilla cannoli which was lovely and fresh. Nice setting and really friendly service.
Love the variety of the pies, cakes and slices; always something different to try. Nice to see something a bit different down at Toombul. Not a coffee drinker myself but friends are very happy with the brew.
We made a special trip to this side of town to try out the coffee here. We were not disappointed either, the coffee had a unique flavor almost (or maybe it was ) single origin? Forgot to ask! The coffee was bold & rich only problem was the take away container we prefer pottery, but hey when the coffee is this good who cares? Loved the little booths under the artificial flowers too
I visited Koffy Trike today and I was really impressed. My latte was to die for and I’ve never tasted such amazingly bold and fresh coffee before. Thank you and I’ll see you again!!
A new coffee contender in the Toombul shopping centre field, Koffy Trike arrives in style. With bicycle like stools, beautiful surroundings incorporating plants, wood and art, it certainly looks the part.Does it taste it, though? Well, for my money, this is the best tasting coffee in the mall. Forget Zaraffas, Billy Baxters, Michaels or any others, this is supremely made coffee. Make mine a flat white (with added gingerbread syrup.)What? A supremely stupid move?? Ah yes. If Reviewing The Reviews was in like a shot on this one, he’d be right, as I should have revised it to a Latte, but what’s done is done…A supremely long wait? Nah. Sure, it’s longer than the others, but ‘good things come to those who wait’. If you seriously consider 5 minutes ‘a long wait’ for a gorgeous cup of coffee, then you might as well ‘get on your bike’ in my book.Was it – like the polite service – really good? ‘Yeah man’. Rich, but not too heavy, full of coffee punch and delightfully sweet tooth satisfying with the delicious gingerbread syrup. There’s actually more choices of syrup than I’ve ever seen anywhere, and it’s a huge ‘wow factor’ compared to other coffee serving rivals. With the backing track of the mighty Guns and Rose’s Paradise City, ‘where the grass is green and the girls are pretty’ Axel Rose, Slash & co would surely be pretty happy with the ‘oh won’t you please take me home’ coffee too – swing it!The only minor negatives were it was warm rather than extra hot, but if you don’t ask, you don’t get. No receipt either, but as above. Magnificent!
There is never a dull coffee at Koffy Trike. I was encouraged to write a review for this place and I have to say, I’m so glad the owner roasts and makes the coffee because he obviously cares about how great it tastes, it’s freshness and quality. My coffee was bold, the perfect temperature, full of flavour and the most delicious little cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. I can almost reduce my coffee consumption if I’d only have one quality cup per day from Koffy Trike! Good luck in your future location!
