We have been here quite a few times and always loved the pizza. After not having been for about 4 months, we decided to try it again tonight. We were extremely disappointed. We noticed that the menu has expanded to include some options aside from pizza so we ordered a rucola salad and two pizzas. The first thing I noticed when I went to pick them up was that oven has changed – no longer the DC Napoli oven, but a steel looking behemoth. The dough seems to be different too – it was limp and soggy underneath the topping and the crust was chewy and thin, not like the soft, pillowy and nicely wood fired base that it has been in the past. The salad was soggy and so salty that I actually couldn’t eat. I’m not sure if there is a lot of cost cutting happening or if it has changed hands, but this place really wasn’t like it used to be. We won’t be back in a hurry.

Pretty good pizza, almost perfect just needed a little more salt and a lots more sauce and it would have been the best pizza on the north side of Brisbane. Service was amazing, meal was pretty quick and overall was still a 5! They got me with the calzone.
Delicious authentic Italian pizza by a real Italian Pizza Chef! Fresh ingredients and an excellent Italian style base. I dined in and had the Quattro formaggi and the Porchetta and potato. Both were scrumptious. The Wine and beer lists are good also. Try the Nutella pizza for dessert. Our kids loved it! A true Italian dining experience. No pretend here! You can also get metre long pizza. Planning that for take away soon!
