Not normally one to review but need to give some feedback on my recent experience on Sunday morning.I was part of a group in for breakfast for a Baby Shower. It was a very busy morning at the restaurant, we could see that but we waited for over 30 minutes for a coffee after we arrived and when the staff member was questioned we were advised not my fault there is not enough cups at the moment. Also not the customers fault Im afraid. Could have been handled differently. Just appeared to be Very understaffed. We had a choice of 3 breakfast meals which on paper looked fabulous. We were all extremely disappointed with our meals. Poached Eggs & Avocado on Sour dough with feta. Honestly it seemed like the meals had been sitting on a bench for ages before being brought out. The eggs were basically boiled not at all runny and the sour dough was so tough you couldnt cut through it. It wasnt just my meal either. Really disappointed for the price paid.On a positive note the coffee was good and other than the one waitress we had attitude from ,the staff were lovely.I wouldnt rush back for breakfast but will try again later in the day as I have heard great reviews from friends for cocktails and drinks.
