Always on the hunt for trying new ramen places in Brisbane. Eventually stumbled upon this place with a colleague, so we decided to try it one night. Order their standard ramen and karaage chicken. The ramen broth was solid and the char siu was well cooked. Crispy, oily and slightly fatty, YUM! The karaage chicken by it self had a slight lemon taste, which is very refreshing.
Pretty good ramen! Ordered the pork ramen, only fault was that the broth was a little bit too salty. Other than that, the pork was tender and the noodles were cooked perfectly. If you do come here you MUST try their Bao buns they are incredible.
This is a our local Ramen place. God knows how many times we have UberEats this place. They always give us extra noodles for my kids which l think is soo lovely. Eaten at the restaurant a couple of times too and the service is always lovely. The ramen of course is great. This place is constantly busy and you can see why…the ramen is one of the best in Brisbane.
They only offer a few items on the menu, but each item is done perfectly. My favourite is the Pork Tonkatsu spicy with a side of karaage chicken.
Perfection in a bowl. Has to be the best ramen in brisbane. Very element in this dish was perfect. The broth to the perfect cooked egg. I could have eaten 10 of theses. Yum.
