Absolutely love this place! By far and away the best Indian restaurant in Brisbane. The food is made fresh and with obvious care be it take away or dine in. The discounts and specials that are on standard offer throughout the week make an affordable restaurant an absolute bargain. The staff are very friendly and always a pleasure to talk too. Do yourself a favour and try the mutton (lamb) with apricots. It’s a winner.

I like this place good food and super friendly service. If you have kids they will look after you. Curries are good. Tikka was lovely. Naan is fresh and soft-crunchy is that possible 🙂

We went very recently on a Friday night. Great food and service – I was not at all expecting such good quality food. Most meals require a minimum of 20mins to cook as they are made fresh to order (thus I can understand that the occassional reviewer might have had to wait on a busy night as orders would back up quickly). It does state which meals require this time on the menu and I think the food wins out as a result. We flipped to the back of the menu where the Nepalese menu items are, as Indian meals are generally much easier to source accross Brisbane. We were not disappointed at all – in fact quite impressed for a place that appears to be a little hidden.

Excellent food but a rather high price. If you go there for their 2-for-1 Tuesday however the price is definitely reasonable and worthy of a 4 star. Without their Tuesday deal I’d give a 3 star review.A more up-market/fancy eat in and maybe a good place for a special occasion. A nice and bright atmosphere and happy staff. You won’t have any food to take home for lunch tomorrow though, you’ll eat it in one sitting!

Really tasty aloo gobi curry – the ‘medium’ spice was a little hotter than expected but was still really good. The spinach and cheese naan was delicious, soft with crispy bits on the outside.

The Goan fish curry could be better, a little sweeter and a hint of cardamom would accompanied the perfectly cooked fish. I’ve tried better. Bollywood Camembert was delicious. Butter chicken was to a standard. Palak Paneer tasted very nice. Mango Lassi was warm not as cold. The naan bread here is worth a try. They use sweet garlic butter which gives it a sweet and salty taste, the dough is so soft while its crispy on the outside. All in all our experience was good but could improve to perfection.

The first time i went, ordered chicken momo and their delicacy thukpa. Being a fan of nepali food, i have had much better momo and thukpa before. Just based on what i ordered would rate 3/5. Need to try it again. The service was good!
