Been here two nights in a row without fault. Ordered the gnocchi, spaghetti marinara, risotto (pork speck with mushroom – too die for) and a range of wood fired pizzas which are better than the Melbourne ones!! Everything was fantastic – no complaints. The place was full, took about 30mins before we got to it meals (which is probably reasonable). Well priced pizzas at $25 (decent size) and marinara spaghetti at $35Highly recommended.
Ate dinner here on two different occasions! This place gets crazy busy I recommend booking but if you happen to just walk in the service here is 5 star they will still try their best to accomodate you! Food was amazing on both nights! Highly recommend the pollo pizza or the penne avocado creamy pasta!!!!
Ended up going here for dinner both nights we stayed in palm cove. First night we got in late and they were more than happy to feed us even tho they were closing up. Had amazing chicken pizza couldn’t fault it. Service was fantastic. Pasta the next night which was surprisingly filling and full with lots of meat. If you love Italian you must go here!!
I am a vegetarian and I accidentally ordered a pizza, which had prosciutto in it. I realised that only after they bought the food on the table and when I said that I was a vegetarian, they offered to redo the pizza without the prosciutto. I was absolutely blown away by the gesture. Pizza was great too. I will definitely come back again. Great service coupled with good food!. Keep up the good work
Very good, fresh food, the restaurant was packed but still received great friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. Reasonably priced for such good food 🙂
Came here for lunch one quiet Sunday afternoon. Were greeted by the friendly staff and sat down to order. We picked the salt and pepper calamari entree and a Margarita pizza. The calamari dish was delish, fresh salad and well cooked cala standard size for $20. The pizza was OK, slightly soggy, perhaps from too much cheese? The tomato topping lacked richness and depth of flavour, but still provided a tasty meal. Wouldn’t have issues with the pizza if we weren’t paying $20 for it, but feel they could improve in that department a little. Also didn’t like how I ordered sparkling water and they automatically brought out and had already opened the 1lt bottle so I then had to drink the majority of the bottle myself as my husband doesn’t particularly enjoy sparking water. Would have been nice if they asked which size we wanted for the table.
The food was delicious – one of the best pasta sauces I have ever tasted! I had Penne Tuscany with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, sundried tomato, pesto and roasted pumpkin in a creamy sauce. The service was good and the staff really friendly but it was a bit slow at times and seemed to be a little confused as to who was looking after you.Definitely worth a visit when in Palm Cove and I know I’ll be back several times this trip!
