Chilly cheese fries tasted good but it would’ve been better if the cheese was actually melted I enjoyed the Superstar burger more than the portobello mushroom thick burger. The superstar burger tasted a little similar to whopper from hungry jacks. I enjoyed the mild grilled taste to the meat and of course the free refill of drinks. One problem was that I asked to customise the salad on the burger and they did it wrong the first time and then I asked them to change it and they still didn’t bring me the right salad on my burger. They are open til late which is good and a lot of options on their menu to try.

The chili cheese fries were okay, I tried the superstar burger which was very similar to the whopper. They did mess up the order a couple of times, asked for pickles twice and still forgot to put them on. Would come again, if it was nearby aye.
Extremely disappointed! Never returning again. Staff were rude. Ordered the advertised Famous Star burger combo for $8.95 and was told by the staff member, we don’t have that burger anymore. I said its advertised on your banners outside your store and on the menu board. Why advertise something you don’t sell??? Also asked to upgrade the meal to include a shake and asked what the difference would be, and the staff said no extra cost. However they charged me an extra $4.00. The manager argued about it and said you should of returned the meal if you weren’t happy and refused to refund the money. After 10 minutes, she decided to refund the $4. This was extremely poor customer service. This would never happen at Hungry Jacks. They would give you free fries if you told them there was not enough chips in the packet and refund overcharges without disputes. Burgers are tiny and there were only 5 fries in the packet. Also they advertise a family meal to be 3 burgers for $30 when every other takeaway place has 4 burgers, chips, drinks etc.. This place is a rip off and not worth the money spent!..Someone needs to start hiring experienced Managers.
Open late, great food, great customer service. Portion sizes are great.Not my favourite Carl’s Jnr to go to. It’s kind of a gamble on if you’re going to get the right food or not. Which you usually don’t realise until you get home and it’s too late. If I go back to this store I will be double checking before we drive off that’s for sure.
