We stopped here as internet reviews indicated that they made good pastries, in the French style. Sadly, most of the pastries were sold out by then (a weekend afternoon), except for a couple of croissants and a few danishes. We settled on one of the remaining danishes (their other food, though quite french, with items like assorted quiches, crepes, and sandwiches, didn’t quite appeal). The apple danish had a nicely crisp and flaky layered pastry, just enough custard to tie the cooked apple slices and the pastry together without making the pastry soggy, and thick apple slices that were cooked until they were tender, but not mushy. The decor was french themed, of course, with french cafe style chairs with a white and red weave on the chair seats and backs, and wood laminate tabletops.Worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Very average food. If you are looking for authentic French pastries and cakes , go elsewhere. Skip the hot chocolate, cheap powdery chocolate.

The food is great, most of the staff are friendly. The only issue is that they start packing up for the day at 1pm, which makes you feel very unwelcome. Would be great for afternoon tea if it was open, but breakfast and morning tea are delicious. Always freshly baked pastries and cakes

Great food! They were happy to customise the menu to have a plan croissant with salad which was absolutely delightful. The tea was served with a side of milk in a cute cow milk pourer too.

Lovely French cafe on the Coolum beach strip. Delicious breakfast and lunch options all with crunchy and light French baguettes! I enjoyed the salad baguette with avocado- so yummy!
