I’ve walked past the Vietmanese Bistro over the past few years wondering what the food was like as it never seems busy, and by that I mean completely empty. My wife and I popped in for a bite to eat a few Friday evenings ago and all I can say is, this place should be busy! The food was delicious, delicate, fragrant and plentiful. On the whole, Redcliffe struggles on the cusine front but I have to say that this place is an absolute gem. The only thing I can think of for it’s lack of custom is it’s position i.e. not on the front strip. Next time you are looking to eat in Redcliffe, please do give this place a try. It puts most on the strip to shame tbh.
