Great Customer Sevice. Would like to say the customer service at Simply Seafood is fantastic… All questions answered and food is cooked to perfection. I had two young ladies last Saturday and I got greeted with smiles and best wishes for Christmas ..this made my day.

Lemongrab. Meat on burger was not fully cooked, still raw in the middle. Did not even have full menu displayed, Customer service was terrible and the chick looked like I asked her to cut off her leg for asking for some lemon. The lemon was as bitter as their customer service. -10/10 would not bang again
Never in my life have I experienced such rude service and poor quality control of food. if you want ALL your food to taste like dirty salt water mixed with fish then head on down to simply seafood the range.if I could give this place negative 5 I would! paid for my food and my chicken burger tasted so much like fish that I could only take 3 bites. the chips were soggy and cold. when I called abd asked if they cooked all their products in the one oil thwy said that they did! no apology for un satisfaction. so rude that they drove me to write this review about how horrid their food and service is!
Great service, great selection. Best fish and chips I’ve had so far after trying various others over the last few weeks. Didn’t wait long for my order either. Will be back.
Fish n chips tonight – chips were soggy & oily & fish was really greasy – asked (&paid) for 4 prawn cutlets & got 3 – all in all very disappointing 🙁
