Utterly terrible! I have not given such a low score in some time. I know their focus is probably more value then quality & service, but there’s still a minimum expectations. I went there with parents for dinner as they prefer somewhere close by. The Club was big, with everything you expect of a sports club. We ate at the Bistro. Got seated by the entrance, while there were other tables inside available. Then it took ages for the waitress to come take our order. We wanted to order drinks & get some water, but told us she’ll come back for our drinks order & bring some water. Neither happened. The steaks came out in lighting speed & we still didn’t have drinks. My elderly stepfather had to go to the bar himself to get drinks & bring them back to the table. The food came out so quick because it was hardly cooked, let alone rested, so it bled all over the plate when you cut into it. The pepper sauce was completely tasteless. Not impressed.
