Absolutely authentic Sichuan cuisine! I was able to try all my favourite dishes and it has the seal of approval from my picky Chinese friends. For the uninitiated, I recommend the Kung Pao Chicken and the Hungry Jaws special stir-fried pork with pimiento. Best with steamed rice.
