In short: Quality of food: Pathetic and unacceptableService: AwfulStaff: Extremely unprofessionalThe food I had today with my friend at Sumo Japanese Cuisine at Robina Town Centre’s foodcourt restaurant was by far the worst food i got to eat in my life. We had two cold, stale and awful taste plates which were supposed to be hot and fresh. After telling the waitresses and manager about the quality of the food served, and asking for fresh n hot meals, which we paid for, i was shocked to see their arrogant attitude of pushing the blame on us for not eating the food immediately. So now she has to teach me how to eat food? Really ?Neither did she allowed a refund upon asking. I mean 25 to 30 dollars for 2 persons meal is not a biggie and i wouldn’t mind leaving it, but just didn’t want to contribute to their dirty business.Also we ordered some sushi rolls and even found those stale. You too will never want to eat there, i swear!
