Hiding in a small local shopping village next to a convenient store, it is amazing that this bakery hires so large the venue for the business which is nearly double the size of normal local bakery. The good thing is that they provide dine-in caf service so it is the first time that I can comfortably enjoy my pie at a bakery shop. Well, after the bad news that they did not have the croissant (as one of their promos !?) or salad (another promo?!), I have to get a steak and mushroom pie with a flat white in a take-away cup. Well, It is hard to comment about the coffee because it was just out of my fat white standard. On the other hand, if judge the production of a pie out of a bakery shop, the pastries were let down too much (like a pie that was in a service station fora long time) so I finished all the content of the pie and left the rest with half of the flat white on the table and walked out with disappointment. Sorry to have such review but I think there are lots of room to be improved…..
