Had a strong latte and a piccolo here. Art was better at Headricks the day before, coffees were fine otherwise. Milk should have bit a bit smoother (which would’ve made the art easier to do as well), but not too bad. Nice atmosphere and pretty busy on a Tuesday morning.Did see a cappuccino when walking past the barista that looks 10x better than our coffees though (it had a swan in latte art!!) so I do wonder why they let coffees looking like ours being served out when they can do better.
While Baby A was still moving around in good ol’ Queensland, the whole fam bam needed to help him move. This year it was to Rocky where it’s always hot and humid. Baby A had found the finest coffee shop in town (there weren’t that many to choose from) and we got there bright and early, bushy eyed tailed and all. The Two Professors, opened since 2014 and serving great coffees in a great atmosphere.

Great coffee including their cold brew and great vibe. 3 months ago I reviewed this lovely cafe and said their food wasn’t great. I hadn’t come back in ages until my friends dragged me back for brunch a few weeks ago. Since then I have been back twice more and can say that I have completely changed my mind. Whether they changed it up in the kitchen or maybe I was just ordering wrong before, I don’t know. But the food I’ve had lately is great and I will definitely keep coming back.
