first time to this place. saw the sign outside the shop that saids hand made noodle so i give i ago.the soup noodles are average. i wouldnt recommend to drink all the spicy oily soup. its not like japanese ramen broth that i can finish all the soup. but the noodle is hand made and they are chewy and spongy in a good way.the spicy fat noodle is the one to go for. its got enough sting in it and the noodle soaks up the sauce.price and service is ok. most dishes are 13 bucks and underthis is a xian noodle shop. i would probably stick to xian dishes next time i come back. 3.5 stars
