This is our favourite AYCE Buffet Hotpot Restaurant in Brisbane as the Hotpot meal is accompanied by a Charcoal Satay rotisserie. With no set time limit, the price of $31 pp is a bargain. Phuong Tran and I arrive at 6pm and the restaurant is a third full. Great! We can select our hot cooked foods, raw meats, seafood, vegetables, vegetarian staples, Satay skewers, soft drinks and sauces without a crowd. Our Hotpot broth is boiling and our raw foods cook quickly in the green chilli broth (him) and the mild vegetable broth (her). The Prawn, Pork and Chicken Satay skewers take 4-6 minutes to grill while the large chicken wings take 12 minutes. We are half-way through our meal and I note that the restaurant is full by 6.50pm. For our 3rd course we join everyone in an organised feeding frenzy!Soft drinks and juices are included in the price on entry. We finish our meal at 7.30pm with sliced watermelon, ice cream and a large plate of deep fried Mantou drizzled with condensed milk. Absolutely delicious! Staff are friendly and helpful and as always, we leave smiling! Thank you Little Lamb!
