What a great selection of sweets in the cabinets. Didn’t know which to choose initially. I noticed some delicious looking fruit glazed tarts, then below them were my favorite rum balls. These were pretty large for a tiny price & were some of the better rum balls I have tasted in a while
A good old fav in Sunnybank for a bit of Vietnamese I always have the Bahn mi roll ( if I spelt it properly) chicken or pork never toasted always pressed in the little fridge in the white paper bag on display Never soggy sells out quite quicklyI was there last week and the meat of the pork bun has definitely now changed, no monger strips of bbq pork but it look almost processed to me, looked very fatty it was later in the afternoon and there is still 2 left…. very unusualThe also make fried rice with or without chicken and hockien noodles everyday but Sunday be quick in the front little fridge goes like hot cakedOwner is often grumpy maybe just tired but as we have been going there for so many years and theres a minimum on using eftpos we were declined a roll for being 5 cents short!A little disappointed Car Parking can be bad from about 1100 onwards due to the sheer volume of resterants erupting around plus the supermarket A lot of great places have opened and closed in that complexGordons Girl

This is a simple old fashioned Vietnamese bakery, located in the wonderful Sunnybank area. Nothing fancy and no frills here, and that includes the banh mi thit (Vietnamese pork salad roll), which I find delicious, simple and cheap, and which I just gobbled up without taking a photo (sorry Joe K !). Other bakery items are about on par with most bakeries.
