New place here for a few months, next to the established Kung Fu noodles. Parking at pinelands as always is pretty tricky.But once we sat down, we were happy we did. The tables had Chinese only menus, as was most signage. They did accomodate and provide an English one we ordered from.Wonton soup was great, the broth was amazing. My pork mince noodles were lip licking good.The bonus is you can get a free refill. And unlike other places where they just give you a small bowl of cooked noodles, they actually give you a mini version of the dish with all the toppings for FREE if youre still hungry.Tea and water self serve. Only qualm was the tea cups were made of metal which makes them very hot when pouring in the free hot barley tea. Definitely will come back!
Visited this eatery in early August soon after its grand opening. Dishes offered on the menu looks quite interesting. We ordered the signature beef noodle soup, Peking Minced Pork Noodles, Fermented Rice soup with egg drop and extra two pieces of spiced duck heads (my favourite). Love the silkiness of the noodles with the sliced shin beef, slightly spicy but broth is rich in flavour. Peking minced pork noodles are not bad and the fermented rice soup is very interesting. Hero is certainly my favourite spiced duck heads that definitely are the key factor to shape my future return visit… Cheers!
