My favourite Korean BBQ Buffet in Brisbane and without a time limit! My fifth visit this year and we arrive at 6.30pm. We are greeted by the ever smiling Owners who always make us feel welcome. There is a selection of cooked dishes but I like the raw beef steaks, marinated beef, beef tongue, pork belly, marinated chicken and baby . And Korean Fruity Soju ($15). My side dishes are Korean glass noodles, kim chi, hot chips and coriander to eat with the BBQ meats. I load up my plates with meat and return to the table to see our charcoal blazing red hot. Hallelujah! Its time to grill our meats and we are all hangry. The meats are fresh and the delicious smokey flavour on the meats whets my appetite. The cold Soju is a perfect accompaniment for this meal. We virtually eat till we drop!Owner Lewis is attentive and is continually checking on our needs. I went to Tobaki with my brother and mother on a very recent trip to Brisbane. Ive been there many times before. I really like the Tobaki set-up with the tables outside as the smoke generated from the cooking all blows away. Most bbq places get very smoky.They have a reasonable range of cooked food and meats for grilling and the owner manager always takes good care of us. Its good value at under $90 for three of us.I love the pork belly the most! It got incredibly crowded being a Saturday night with a queue forming. Ive never seen that there before. Lucky we got there early. Overall rating was 4 stars. Very enjoyable indeed!
