We are very lucky to have such fabulous Indian in Sandgate. The food is so good.We generally go for the Mon-Wed $20 special. The prices are very reasonable at any time.I generally order the vegetarian dishes and the can highly recommend the butter paneer masala. It is absolutely delicious.
From entering this restaurant we were impressed with the decor and friendly service. The food however, is outstanding all served with fresh herbs and salad and some interesting dishes that are not found on many typical Indian menus. The flavours were complex and delicious and the accompanying sauces complimented the spicyness of the currys. We had the fried cauliflower and samosas for entree, followed by the lamb palak and butter chicken, some of the best Ive ever eaten!
Excellent food. Dine-in experience is a lot better than takeaway. Service was very good. Naan bread was fantastic. Chana masala is brilliant. Looking forward to my next meal there.
