Four of us went last Saturday, the restaurant was almost empty which should have warned us that it was not good. The service was attentive and good but not overly friendly. We ordered Samosas and Onion Bhaji for starters, the flavours were bland and came with tomato sauce as the dipping sauce. We ordered 3 different curries and asked for them all to be medium, again the flavours were bland and not very spicy, all of the dishes tasted similar, just some meat in a slightly curry gravy, not what we were hoping for in a speciality Indian restaurant . We had just finished our meals and were just finishing our drinks at just before 9.00 pm and were politely told that the restaurant was closing at 9.00 and would we settle our bill as they were closing. The bill came to over $150.00 for 4 people, which I thought was a little expensive for 2 entrees and 3 mains with rice and naan bread, particularly when there was little flavour. If you want flavoursome Indian food do not go here, it as one of the worst Indian Meals I have eaten.
