Not coming back!. After waiting an excessive amount of time for our order, we arrived home to find that it was caked in chicken salt (this has now happened twice). As my daughter can not eat chicken salt as she will have a seizure, I returned to the store. No apology given, even though they were clearly told (after they asked!), no chicken salt. They took another lifetime to do the order without the salt. A simple apology for the stuff-up would have been acceptable. But they did not even acknowledge, in fact seemed quite annoyed. Their portion sizes are very stingy as well. So, although we live around the corner, we will not be back…

Good food at a reasonable price. Just make sure you check your food as they frequently stuff my order up and leave things out that I ordered and paid for. Phone ahead too as they take quite a while.
Service. I know the coffee shop has been there for a while but only just noticed the fish & chips area attached to the coffee shop in the last couple of weeks. thought I would try them out to see what the food was like. so on 1 aug 14 I went and placed an order. timing wasn’t bad from ordering to being handed the order.all ok so far, only thing I was bit concerned about was when the order was called a person’s name was called and the number that I was given.on getting home is when it went out the window. my order somehow when from being 2 pieces of fish 2 servings of chips and 1/2 dozen calamari rings to a serving of chips 6 chicken and garlic balls something that looked like potato scallops 12 calamari rings and no fish.on returning to the shop they where on the phone with the said person that this order was for who had someone else’s order while mine was behind the counter going cold as I did not see it sitting under or in a area to keep it hot. this was after a 15 minute 7 km round trip.so not only was I inconvenienced 2 other orders were as well with only a sorry as I was handed my order. it was only when I said I was not happy that and it was my first visit and I would not be back that a very feeble offer of a coffee was given.Sorry chatty’s fish & chips you will never see me in your shop again even for a coffee.
