  I visited this bakery when it first opened & was very happy with the coffee & cakes I purchased. The service was very friendly & caring & they took great pains to get my coffee just right. I am re writing this review as it somehow became muddled up with the Springwood shopping centre branch. Have visited since that first opening & the coffee was not so good , the sweets are very consistent though

  Dropped my car for service this morning near Daisy Hill so may as well to revisit this bakery. The only thing I noticed that there was no more Banh Mi served so I ordered a flat white to go with a scone. Since there was only one staff handling all the order, the situation seems a bit chaotic but the little lady did try her best, which earns my appreciation. Flat white was prepared with nice latte art, right strength and smoothness; however, the scone was absolutely let down, which was cold and hard in texture.Jul 21, 2017 Rating 3/5The first time that I saw this bakery opened last year, I appreciated the owner’s sense of business opportunity and caught the right moment to open a bakery near the developing area between Daisy Hill and Springwood (particularly some high-rise buildings will be constructed soon next to the BMW showroom). Have visited this place twice and it was the third time this morning. Business was average but obviously I could not see any impact to the business of the opposite Roundabout caf. Ordered my favourite Banh Mi and a cup of flat white. Honestly, there are only two people running the show and it was so chaotic on service. Coffee brew of Volere Espresso matched with my palate and after-taste bitterness gained my appreciation. Bahn Mi was done without cold baguette and ingredients. Despite there was rich ingredients, it was not tasteful to have a cold Banh Mi in the freezing morning
