When I ordered I was advised 10 mins. I ordered char Kway Teow and King Po Chicken. After waiting 30 mins I received my order and went home to find I was given Fried Rice and some form of Black Bean. Not a single item I ordered. Not good enough and am unlikely to go back.
I visit here frequently, and every dish I try is absolutely amazing! Have gotten my friends to love this place as well, and they are all sold!
I have eaten here and number of times and have enjoyed the food. However, today I ordered a takeaway box of Singapore noodles with tofu and no meat. To my surprise, the box was filled with chicken. Very disappointed I didn’t get to enjoy my meal.
We have been coming here for a year or so now and have never been disappointed. The food is always fantastic and you can order the same dish every week and it always tastes the same with no variances which I have found to be an issue at many other places. All dishes on the menu are totally affordable. The chefs are visible from the front of shop so you can see what’s going on all the time, staff are always pleasant and as we do, you can phone your order through ahead of time. If you get the chance to stop in here, try the satay chicken noodles or the char kway teow chicken, they are so good – you’ll be back for more. Great inexpensive treat for the family 🙂
Have been going to Gado Gado for a number of years. Always great flavour and tastes amazing. We even drive past another 2 noodle bars to get to this one!
Used to be great, what happened?. Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be great when we lived close by 5 years ago. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai for dinner, which was inedible – far too much fish sauce, way too salty and tasted like no other Chicken Pad Thai I’ve ever had. I’m shocked to see they have a 100% rating.
