This is the way!
Ordered the rosti and eggs benedict and specifically requested medium poached eggs – both came out with extremely soft eggs. Asked to redo the eggs and took another 30 mins to bring the meals back out even after asking multiple times how much longer it would be (everyone else had almost finished eating). Eggs were still not medium poached with gooey white bits. Another of our party requested fried instead of poached eggs and was told no. Service ordinary at best, coffee ok, food a disaster.
