This store location seems to be plagued by bad luck as I’ve seen multiple shops open and close at this location while Suki is almost always busy right next door. However, I decided to give it a go and ordered a crackling pork banh mi here after a long day at uni, and found that it was actually really well made. For $8.50, it was definitely on the pricier side of banh mi’s I’ve ordered, but the size of the banh mi here is a LITTLE BIT larger than the usual, so I guess it is worth it. A little bit extra meat and veggies would have contributed a lot more to the flavour and overall texture, but for a store that has just opened and is presumably adjusting their recipes, I think it was a good start. Keep up the good work, and I will most likely be coming back to try the pho here next time!

The beef pho has a really authentic and delicious beef broth base, however the beef was over cooked and the rice noodles were too mushy… the rice noodle salad has lots of veggies in it and the sauce was quite good at first but got a bit too sweet later.. the ice coffee was way too sweet and dense, I had to dilute it with water on a 1:1 scale to have a normal taste lol, but if you are into sweet drinks then dont miss out this one. The table was a bit dirty, got soup and oil stains on it.. anyways, would recommend the beef pho because of its authentic soup base!
