Seems like everytime I go away for a few days there springs up a new coffee place. I always have to try them out of course. This was not a great experience the coffee didn’t hit the spot strength wise for me
Been to expresso plus a few times in the past few weeks, each time I have had a rude staff member serve me, in previous I have been charged 80c for a cup of hot water, today me and some friends went into the shop to change some coins over into a $10 note, we went here because the people at 7/11 told us to as they couldn’t. We were greeted by a worker that told us she would come back to open the till, but went into the back kitchen and didn’t come back, then another worker asked us what we were after and we explained that we needed change into a $10 and she told us to go into the food line, they then proceeded to take our money off us and count it, after the money was counted we received the $10 note and she told us we were 10c short, so we paid the outstanding 10c. This worker then continued to tell us that what we were doing was extremely inconvenient and a waste of her time.We understand that it is a little time consuming having to count the money to make sure there is enough there but there was no need to be so blatantly rude about it. If they did not have enough time to do this simple task a simple no sorry we don’t have enough time would have been sufficient and we would have gone to Merlo coffee to see it is was possible. Never have I or any of my friends received good/ pleasant service from the staff at this store and the staff have always got a bad attitude towards not just myself but most customers.
