Just had an amazing coffee (espresso double shot) and a mini walnut brownie. The decorations friendliness and quality goods on offer make this the best cafe I’ve been to so far in Brisbane. It closes at 3 so don’t come after work. I’m sad today is my last day here I would like to try more on offer here. Plenty of space and it also holds exhibitions.
Drove along Gladstone Road early in the morning and felt like to feed my stomach so I dropped in this little caf for light brekkie. Interior dining area is not very big and I chose one of the seating near the counter. Ordered a croissant with jam & butter and a flat white. There were customers continuously came in for take-away coffee and they must be regulars because I saw the barista gave his greetings to every one of them. Coffee tasted nice with Rouge coffee bean and I have to say that they served me a nice croissant. No wonder the trading name uses bakery caf. I did choose the right place for croissant and coffee…..
A real local gem. Lift offers a great range of delicious breakfast items at an affordable price. coffee is very good too. staff are really friendly and accommodating. recent expansion into next door has provided more seating options and it’s air conditioned
A little Lift. Great coffee and cakes, friendly staff and strangely awesome spot to sit out front and watch traffic and city view
Decent local spot. Cafe Lift is at a busy intersection in West End/Highgate Hill. It has a slightly run-down feel. There is outdoor seating, but it’s hardly atmospheric being on such a busy road. The coffee was fine and the food too, but nothing to write home about.
Great little Cafe. We stop by to pick up dairy free cakes or sweet balls every so often and the other day stopped in to have some coffees. My chai latte was very good and we loved the dairy free raw lemon curd cheesecake. And they brought water to our table without us having to ask. Finally, some good service in Brisbane! Thanks guys, we’ll be back.
Excellent brekky here, so glad we visited Lift! Very friendly service and yummy extensive cooked breakfast menu (12 or so options) and tasty coffee. Delicious special menu as well. Will definitely be returning!
