Delicious rich ice cream as always. Warning it melts really fast but totally worth it. Salty caramel popcorn is my personal favourite, but i havent been able to try some of their other famous flavours because the menu changes often. Looking forward to the red velvet.
Nitrogen freeze ice cream has been around for ages, but it has finally arrived in sleepy Brisbane. Not cheap compared to normal ice cream & Gelato, at $7.50 for 1 scoop, but you’re not really just paying for the edibles, but also theatrics. My Nutella cornucopia was very cute looking with an inverted cone sticking up on top. I love Nutella & hazelnut so this was perfect for me. Only slight negative was that it melted quite quickly, probably not cold enough.
Exciting to see the way this ice cream is made. You can choose from an array of flavours. I had the peanut butter chocolate brittle. They explain the process of making it and you can witness the captivating effects of nitrogen. Taste wise I’ve had better ice cream. However the experience is quite riveting.
