It was nearly five months ago for my first visit of this nice set-up cafe. Located inside the newly established residential and commercial complex at the Gray Street of Southbank. There souls not be any problem of traffic flow of its potential customers.Walked in early in the morning and I occupied the first table of the day. I was greeted by the passionate staff and took a seat at the back of the cafe. Ordered a flat white and a oven-roasted salmon with poached egg and salad. Flat white was perfectly matched my palate and very well presented. Savory dish also deserved my appreciation with the salmon just perfectly done and so as the poached egg. I was too focus on enjoying this brekkie and nearly forgot to pay the bill when I stepped out of the cafe. It was so embarrassed….
