Had a beautiful lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was just right: the friendly service, the choice of food and wine, the delicious dishes we chose & the good sized portions. Made for sharing, we enjoyed two mains and three lighter meals between three, followed by the cheesecake which was divine, I actually think its the most delicious Ive had. For a relaxing meal in a great location with attentive service and great food Id highly recommend.
Our group of six arrived for our booking and were shown to a booth towards the back of the restaurant which was much quieter than the rest of the venue. We ordered a round of wines and ordered our meals.We started with dips and toasted ciabatta, some calamari and olives. We then shared lamb kofta balls, Moreton bay bug rolls, a few vegetable sides , some chicken , oysters and pate. All meals were well presented and we all sampled most of them. Service was a bit erratic but friendly. We ordered another round of drinks – wine, gin and a cocktail. Desserts looked tempting but we were full. Lovely spot with a good range of options on the menu.
