We are Thai tourist visiting Brisbane and looking for sumptious food with typical thai tasty foods . Baan thai is just what we needed+Friendly services.. 9.9/10 for me.
Fantastic little thai place. Food was absolutely fantastic. fresh ingrediance and friendly staff. a large group of 15 sat down before us and we expected a long wait. to our surprise food started to roll out within 10 minutes of ordering.
WORST EVER. The worst ever Thai food I have ever had in my life. The Pad Thai that I have ordered was super sweet and I think they only use sugar to cook. Where is your salt, lime, and chili taste gone.. OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG even the chili they provided is not even spicy.. I am not going back again!! too bad Baan Thai you just don’t have my vote.
On business, (stayed 2 nights at Grand Chancellor hotel) walked small distance to baan Thai. Had combination seafood hotpot, which was incredible! 10 out of 10. Loved how they spiral cut the lemongrass for extra flavour in coconut milk. Good atmosphere, relaxed and lady was so nice. Cheap corkage. Go to bottle shop across street.
