Visited this cafe on a Sunday afternoon. When we walked in, the staff outside did not look friendly and welcoming at all.We purchased a Groupon deal – 2 breakfast dishes and 2 small hot drinks and we ordered the Matcha latte and hot mocha. When our drinks were served, we were shocked that the barista did not put in any effort to do any latte art. My friends who visited his cafe a few days ago were served with beautifully presented drinks, while my matcha latte even had holes in the foam (not displayed in the picture as I drank from it). Our food came not long after and was decent. My sourdough was half hot and crispy, while the other half was cold and hard to bite into. But the service delivered by this cafe was straight out unpleasant. When another customer went up to ask for an extra bowl, the girl looked extremely annoyed and sounded very impatient too – “another bowl???”. The customer obviously looked very awkward.Quite an unpleasant experience and would not come here again.
Great new addition to the coffee scene in Brisbane. Situated at the Story Bridge end of Adelaide St it is an easy walk for us from Kangaroo Point. They serve Campos Coffee & it is made really well, needs a double shot for us to bring out those aromas for which Campos are renouned. For breakfast we chose Buddha bowls. Mine was tofu in generous amounts with the addition of green beans, avocado & egg. That bowl packed flavor with the added bonus of being healthy
