New owners have taken over BLVD restaurant. Staying true to the establishments US routes I see some real passion to take the offering up a level, with US seasonal beers on offer and smoked bourbon a blast. I recommend it as a well presented Springfield restaurant in a market dominated by franchises.
Great place to have a dinner with your friends and family, even when you are a vegetarian, great atmosphere and tasty slow smoked share plates and a good main selection. I also love their wine and beer list that has well priced options.
Dined here for the first time tonight, having previously been a little put off by some of the negative reviews.Was surprised by the decor, very nice inside, feels quite classy. It started off a bit quiet, but got busier as the night went on. The service was great – very friendly greeting on arrival and was prompt and friendly throughout the night, couldn’t fault them.The food overall was excellent. We ordered burgers and a side of mac and cheese. The burgers we great, obviously good quality when the chef is willing to serve the meat pink. The chips they came with were very nice as well, a good portion size. The mac and cheese was alright, but nothing too exciting, and unnecessary for us considering the size of the burgers. Overall I’d say it was quite good value.Will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items.
