  Came here the other night for the first time and…absolutely loved it here. I ordered the fried rice with chicken and crispy chicken with peanut sauce for the kids and they loved it. I then ordered steamed jasmine rice to go with the green curry with chicken (I requested it to be ‘Thai hot’ and it certainly satisfied my spicy Thai food craving!). To finish off I tried their coconut ice-cream that turned out to be homemade. It was an excellent way to finish the night. The staff were wonderful and attentive and, the ambience was warm and homey. I’m definitely going back to try the other amazing things on their menu.

  I visited Baan Thai tonight for a quick bite for dinner and was very happy with the one dish I ordered.The pad ke mao prawn was not on the menu, but the owners obliged my craving and I was quickly enjoying the spicy, aromatic, sweet and salty combination of flavours that make up this dish, along with the fresh tasty prawns.These dark green and dark raw brick coloured interiors may have been spruced up at some point recently, but I’m unsure.

  Red duck curry – tried 3 times excellent. Consistent. Service fairly good. Easy to get a table. My wife is a fan of Thai and is equally impressed.
