We went this restaurant to have dinner at 8.30pm Dec 20, 2017. The lady from the reception came to us. Instead of giving us a table, she told us kitchen to be closed at 9pm and asked us to be hurry to place the orders. After giving us the menu, she stood next to us to take the order without giving us any time to go through the menu. Feeling that she was in rush, we tried to help her and quickly chose the dishes we wanted. There were only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant – one with us and the second table was occupied by other customers. The entire restaurant was empty. My 20-month old son was walking around the tables and giving waves and smiles to the other customers. The other customers were also waving their hands to him as well. The lady came to us and very rudely told us to put my son in the pram as he was annoying to the other customers. The other customers immediately replied that they were not annoyed by my son at all. This lady kept telling us to put my son in the pram. Such rude attitude is completely unacceptable. We quickly finished our dinner and went to pay the bill. For pineapple fried rice and chicken spicy rice, We were charged more than the prices in the menu. Even after I showed her that we had been charged more than the prices in the menu. She did not even say Sorry. This lady is very rude and had lack of manner and respect to the customers. Later we came to know that this lady was the GF of the owner. If you want to taste good thai food, it is definitely the choice. But if you would expect good customer service, this is not the right place.

Discovered this cute little Thai Restaurant by accident…..it turned out to be AMAZING!!! Food was delicious……lovely and super friendly staff……very quick service…….generous sized meals!!! We have thoroughly enjoyed going back several times since our initial visit!! 🙂
