I had my 1st visit there on a Saturday with 5 others, I ordered coffee and raisin toast Menu states 2 slices $5.50 and coffee $4.00 which I paid total of $9.50. When I received my 1 slice of toast and questioned the waitress, she went back to counter check, then proceeded to tell me I had only paid for 1 slice. Being 1st visit and not wanting to make an issue, I thought I must of read it wrong. I checked the menu on this site and I was not mistaken. 1st and last visit.
Honestly, I have been living around this area for quite a few years; this was the first time that I visited the Arndale Shopping Centre. Explored this cafe in the morning. Service was very friendly and attentive. Ordered the coffee and a Chicken Satay filo. Coffee of LAVAZZA is one of my favourite brand, which was prepared with high pouring technique and good strength for my palate. Filo was warmed up to the appropriate level. Taste was good and the pastry was crispy. Love the side vegetable with sour creamy sauce, which helps to empty the stomach very quick and I can start to forage food within short period of time. Cheers!
Not impressed with the lack of customer service, over priced(store bought) sweets and dirty tables. I would MUCH rather use the MacDonald’s drive through in the same centre on my way home from shopping.. at least they will not try to charge me extra for paying for my coffee with eftpos…
Meh. One girl makes a good coffee – all the staff definately would rather be somewhere else. The food is typical shopping centre fare – sweets bought in etc.
My local coffee stop. Always really friendly, simple food, but fresh. Coffee is how I like it. Current magazines. Reward card.
Diana. This little cafe tucked away in the Arndale shopping centre serves consistantly good Lavaza & tempting sweets. Service is always prompt & cheerfull too.
