If I did not read Dianas review, I would not know this newly opened cafe near home. Well, it was always hard to locate by the address of 3370 of Gold Coast Highway. However, it would be much easier to locate it if I tell you it was just located opposite to the renowned Thai Orchid @ Springwood. Had an exploration this morning, it was surprised to see the spacious lay out inside. Noticed that they are serving Di Bella which made me excited because it is my favourite brew. Besides the order of flat white, I chose to have a change so ordered the Asian pork & Hokkien noodle. Honestly, the barista did a good job on the coffee, which was well presented, creamy and strong enough for my palate. Having said that the noodle was totally a let down. It was lacked of sauce, noodles were stuck together and was too sweet. Overall, the Hokkien noodle was seriously lacked of saltiness. I understand it was put in the display cabinet and re-heat by microwave. I did not expect it was work-fried but the taste should be balanced well.

Needs more strength & body for mypaletteso hopefully they will improve in the coming months. They also do simple sandwiches etc.It seems to be the front of a financial advisor office so the fit out is sleek
