Read the info of newly opened business within Springwood area and discovered this Carvery & Caf so wen for exploration this morning. It was a shock to me when the friendly owner told me that he has been running this business at the same spot for 30 YEARS. OMG! It is not the first time that I drive past this street and it is a shame that I do not realise its existence. Honestly, the owner couple is very friendly and hospitable. Coffee of Simple bean is strong and tasteful. My hot dog with cheese and BBQ sauce is yummy. I nearly can not pick up the fault here… a nice spot for my brekkie early in the morning in a rush time…
Have passed this cafe many times on my jaunts along Moss Street & noticed they had a sign out front for coffee. The cafe is very clean with outdoor seating & a spacious interior. Lots of fresh looking rolls & sandwiches on display in the cabinets generously filled. The coffee was Simply Beans blend, a local roastery. Served with two shots in a rather large takeout cup, complete with a baby teddy biscuit, was a bit off the mark in flavor but passable from a lunch outlet such as this
