As a local and a foodie, there is no problem for me to find a good caf to have a nice hot coffee in the morning in Springwood. Dropped in this tiny caf, which serves Merlo coffee. As a rule of thumb, there were many customers placing their orders when I arrived. Amazingly, those orders were mostly take-away orders and no one took a seat inside to have dine-in (maybe there are only four small tables) except me. Ordered the flat white and a toasties with ham, cheese, lettuce and spinach in white bread. Needles to say, coffee definitely matches my palate and so as the toasties. Love to see the light toasted bread sandwiched with nice thin layer of cream accompanied with ham and two types of vegetables. It should be the best toasties that I had lately…. Cheers! 4.5/5
