Came here for a quick coffee on a Sunday morning. Was surprised to see that two of the customers along with our table had to call out for the staff to serve the table or bring some water. Coffee was great. As always great atmosphere and chill spot.
Worst flavor. 4+ star reviews for this place is probably by those who have fallen for illusion of beauty of this place.This could be the only place in Australia with the worst preparation of food, and equally dull flavor (as if there was no effort in cooking it at all – I have been to this place 10 times), and this is despite having the potential of a great ambience.I come here only for coffee or chai – which is just good, but not awesome.2 stars for this place only for good ambience and some peaceful time I have had here sitting. But without doubt, food isnt food; and for the price quoted – it’s worst.
Its a beautiful cafe on St Lucia campus of UQ. Ive been to this cafe several times and recently visited the cafe for coffee with a friend. I love the ambience . You can watch others playing tennis. Food is also good and they have ( based on the menu from last year) nice vegetarian options. Service is good too. Coffee was ok though.
