The team at Granite Belt Dairy work their herd of 30 Jersey cows to make their in-house selection of cheese. We ordered the cheese platter and were surprised by the value as well as the amazing conserves.
Some of the best cheese I’ve ever had.. If you are driving down this way please visit Granite Belt Dairy. We stopped in and bought a selection of cheeses on the way to our cottage for the weekend. I highly recommend the Thulimbah, I’ve never had a cheese like it, so smooth and buttery but not sickly. The staff there are happy to help and really talk to you about the cheeses which I have to say is a rarity in these parts. There is a cafe too however we didn’t try and many other chutney’s and things to buy. Will be back!
