I liked it! Service was friendly, food came quickly and was quite tasty. Thick shakes are amazing. Relatively cheap and cheerful. Good music!

Just ok. Overpriced for burgers that are nothing special. Limited range and fries are extra. Menu was not overally creative. There are better burger joints around. Disappointing

Looking and feeling like a burger, we decided to go local and close by visiting 5 boroughs. After looking at the menu online decided, parking was easy just park in the aldi carpark at the back and walk. We ordered the 1/2 ribs, new yorker and fried chicken burger. Service was nice and friendly she looked after us really well. The ribs were spot on, tender and fall off the bone, maybe just a little extra sauce. The fried chicken burger my wife really enjoyed and the made on request changes to the burger with no fuss. The new yorker, enjoyed but not one i would order again. All in all, for a quick burger with no fuss then check this place out. I would go back again.

I have to give 5 boroughs one star. For the second time in a row they have forgotten my chips when dispatching my deliveroo order. Seriously?! How hard is it to check a docket. Muppets Last time Ill order from this mob

We’ve been to 5 Boroughs a few times for a quick pre-footy dinner. Food comes out fast and is fresh, service is friendly and we can see they usually have some good mid week deals. But at full price, we think it’s a little pricey for the size of the dishes. Our fave dishes? Fish tacos and the criss cross fries (which it seems they might not sell any more ).

Terrible service… would not let us sit where we wanted even when not a single other person was there 6pm on a Monday night. Won’t be going back.

so it’s been an interesting run with this place, but i feel that run is over. This places BIGGEST problem, is consistency, this week alone, i’ve dead set ordered the EXACT SAME BURGER, 4 times, and every time it’s been a little different, and only 1 of those times, has been good enough to go back for, the irony being that i went back for it again and again hoping to get it done properly again. when cooked with care and attention it’s the BEST BURGER, but if 3 out of 4 times, it’s overcooked, dry, too small (only covering a bit more than half the bun), under sauced, or served on a stale bun, and ALWAYS with half a tiny bag full of criss cross chips, even when you specifically make a point about it… (for 18 dollars mind you, not 12, not 14, 18…. and half a tiny bag of criss cross chips, one time there was literally 4 in there….. 4 chips…..18 dollars….. add 4.70 onto that for a CAN of soft drink too LOL) then there’s got to be a time to stop being a patron. i’ve been spending good money at this place for a while now, and it seems that in my WHOLE experience, not just this week, one in 4 times the burger is decent, actually fulfilling its potential, the other times, it’s no good. the irony is it’s made me spend more trying to chase the GOOD burger, or at least the chef who makes that one, it seems there’s one chef there who’s a genius, and another who doesn’t give 2 shits, either way, think i’m going to knock this place on the head, alot more MUCH CHEAPER and more consistent burger places out there, where you’ll pay 12, and it’s gourmet and good EVERY time. you could have gotten a 5, but 1 in 4 just isn’t good enough.
