Had saagwala here – they made sure it was dairy free for me and it was delicious. Service was friendly and polite. Heaters were out to stop the cold air ruining our experience. Cool casual decor and atmosphere. Would return again.
The Mexican dishes were good but the curries were actually outstanding and the naan is some of the best around. The zesty Mexican flavours really combine well with the rich curries, which was pleasantly surprising. Friendly, casual and tasty – was a lot of fun and delicious!
Came in on a Thursday night, we seated outside but the heaters are on so that’s really cozy. Baby girl is happy with her cheese naan with guacamole. And to me, I love the cheese nann the most too together with the fish curry. Not a piece of fish is loosened, impressive and they are so soft.Would love to try all the naans next time when we come in.
What could be better.. especially in winter… than a range of wonderful warming pungent Indian cookery. Hearty, aromatic, flavorful food that warms the soul. We dined on a Thursday night and almost found it hard to get a seat! It seems as though the secret is getting out around Brisbane that Indimex does an array of delicious dishes. For me, the curries were the highlight of the night. The Mexican dishes had hints of Indian spices which left a pleasantly spicy note on the palate. We will definitely be back to try Lamb Biryani. Cocktails and a few interesting beers on tap made for a great night. Overall great service, delicious food and lively ambiance made for a great dining experience. Well done Indimex!
